Description

Description

Seville is the artistic and cultural capital of southern Spain, bursting with wonderful architecture and mouth-watering tapas. Cordoba is an echo of the past, its Roman origins in evidence all around you. And in Granada you’ll find serene gardens to explore, and fabulous restaurants.
Andalusia’s most important city, Seville, is the home of tapas which you can enjoy to the full over 3 nights at Las Casas del Rey de Baeza, a small and peaceful hotel in the centre of the city. From this charming base you can explore the cobbled streets before taking a dip in the hotel’s rooftop pool or indulging in one of the spa’s fabulous treatments. In Cordoba, spend 2 nights at Palacio del Bailio, a converted 18th century palace built over Roman remains (still visible beneath a glass floor) with a spa set inside the ancient Roman baths. Another restored palace awaits you in Granada: Palacio de los Patos where you’ll spend your final 2 nights. Here you must try the Senzone restaurant, it’s one of Granada’s best.

We can enhance your stay with some wonderful experiences, choose between an evening at an authentic Andalucian flamenco show, an introduction to the art of Iberian ham cutting and entrance to the most memorable monuments within this stunning region of Spain.

When to travel
Andalucia has a Mediterranean climate, making it a year round destination. In general you can usually rely on pleasant or hot temperatures from April to early November. In Andalucia there are plenty of warm, sunny days right through winter. The best time to visit is in the Spring and Autumn when the temperature is just perfect with warm sunny days. During July and August it can be very hot and some days the temperature reaches 40°C
