Visits to the Old Princely Court and Snagov Monastery
Monastery said to be the final resting place of Vlad (Count) Tepes, also known as Vlad Dracula. The Old Princely Court Church, built from 1546 to 1559 during the reign of Mircea Ciobanul (Mircea the Shepherd), is Bucharest’s oldest church. The faded 16th-century frescoes next to the altar are originals. The carved stone portal was added in 1715.
