Day 1: Airport to hotel transfer. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Oslo. Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. This four-hour city sightseeing tour of Oslo is a fabulous introduction to the city and a convenient way to see the major attractions. You’ll visit Vigeland Sculpture Park, see the Kon-Tiki Museum, stop by the Holmenkollen Ski Jump and explore the Norwegian Folk Museum (Folk Museum on afternoon tour only). As the capital of Norway, Oslo is the country’s hub of culture and tourism. The city is beautifully situated at the head of the Oslo Fjord (Oslofjorden in Norwegian) and is surrounded by forested hills. In other words, it’s quite stunning, and it offers several museums and other attractions. You have your choice of a morning or afternoon departure. You’ll also visit the Kon-Tiki Museum to see the Kon-Tiki, the famous raft from the 1947 Norwegian expedition across the Pacific Ocean, and you’ll stop by the Holmenkollen Ski Jump. The afternoon tour additionally visits the Norwegian Folk Museum. Overnight in Oslo. Day 3: Oslo to Stockholm Transfer by Eurail. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Stockholm.
