Day 01: Home Destination – Madrid.

14:00 HRS: Arrive Madrid and check into your hotel.
17:00 HRS: Explore Madrid, get to know one of Europe’s most dynamic capital cities. Home of the most typical restaurants and taverns, which serve the delicious “tapas”.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at an Indian restaurant.
Overnight in Madrid – Hotel Ac Coslada Or Similar.

Day 02: Madrid.

09:30 HRS: Guided city tour of Madrid. See the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles Squares and Plaza Espana. Drive through the main streets and see the Neptune Fountain, Alcala Street and Gran Via – most popular commercial street for a real taste of Spain.
Next is visit to the Las Ventas Bull Ring, where we will guide you around the key parts of the bullring, from the main entrance, to the tendidos, the callejon, putting into context the three protagonists of this magnificent spectacle: the audience, the bullfighter and the bull.
13:00 HRS: Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
14:00 HRS: Visit to Toledo, a cultural melting pot renowned for its harmonious combination of three cultures of Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures. Also, visit to a Sword factory. Steel from Toledo has been one of the most prestigious in the world because of its flexibility.
After dinner, return to your hotel.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 03: Madrid – Fatima - Lisbon.

08:30 HRS: After breakfast, check out and depart to Fatima.
13:00 HRS: Packed Lunch.
16:00 HRS: Visit the shrine of Fatima, one of the most important catholic shrines in the world dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
17:30 HRS: Depart to Lisbon. Lisbon enchants travelers with its white bleached limestone buildings, intimate alleyways, and an easy going charm that makes it a popular year round destination.
19:30 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Overnight in Lisbon – Hotel Los Capuchos Or Similar.

Day 04: Lisbon.

09:30 HRS: After breakfast, enjoy guided city tour &see the charming Alfama quarter, the Tagus river, Belem Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries and the World Heritage Sites of Jeronimos Monastery. Visit to the Vasco da Gama’s discovery of a sea route to India inspired the glorious Monastery of St. Jerome, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
13:00 HRS: Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
15:00 HRS: Day is free at leisure to explore Lisbon on your own.
19:30 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 05: Lisbon – Seville.

09:00 HRS: After breakfast, check out and depart to Seville, the capital of Andalusia. According to legend, Sevilla was founded by Hercules and its origins are linked with the Tartessian civilization.
13:00 HRS: Packed Lunch.
15:00 HRS: Guided city tour of this gracious and charming Spain’s third largest city. See the Tower of Gold, the tranquil and extensive Maria Luisa Park, the quaint Santa Cruz Quarter, and finally the huge cathedral (one of the world’s largest) with its Giralda Tower (a former minaret). While Seville is famous for its history, at the same time the old city center is bustling with modern life: filled with shops, tapas bars and restaurants, the city offers plenty of options for visitors.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Overnight in Seville – Hotel Vertice Sevilla Or Similar

Day 06: Seville – Cordoba - Granada.

09:00 HRS: After breakfast, check out and depart to Cordoba.
11:00 HRS: Visit the former Great Mosque (now a cathedral) in Cordoba. When arriving in Cordoba, pass along the wonderful gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian Kings, where we will also see the mosaics that decorate the rooms.
13:30 HRS: Lunch at Indian Resraurant.
14:30 HRS: Depart to visit Granada.
17:00 HRS: Arrive Granada and free time at leisure to explore Granada on your own.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Overnight in Granada – Hotel Abades Nevada Palace Or Similar.

Day 07: Granada – Valencia.

09:00 HRS: After breakfast, check out and depart o visit The Alhambra and the Generalife Garden. Listed under the World Heritage Sites of the UNESCO, Alhambara is indisputably the most well-known monument of the city and one of the most visited in Spain. The last Moorish stronghold in Europe, the Alhambra reflects the splendor of Moorish civilization in Andalusia and offers the visitor splendid ornamental architecture, spectacular and lush gardens, cascading and dripping water features and breathtaking views of the city. It has a defensive area, the Alcazaba, the Nasrid Palaces, named after the Dynasty of the Kingdom of Granada, and the Gardens of the Generalife.  Generalife Garden is positioned on a hill situated at the rear of the complex overlooking the Alhambra palace. Within you’ll find beds of colorful flowers, more exquisite architecture, leaping fountains and cool shade.
12:00 HRS: Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
13:00 HRS: Depart to visit Valencia. Valencia is one of the oldest cities in Spain, founded in the Roman period under the name “Valentia Edetanorum” on the site of a former Iberian town, by the river Turia in the province of Edetania.
On arrival, dinner & check into your hotel.
19:30 HRS: Dinner at India Restaurant.

Day 08: Valencia – Barcelona.

09:00 HRS: After breakfast, check out and enjoyGuided city tour of Valencia. In Valencia you can find an impressive balance between modern and classical architecture. The buildings like the City of Arts and Sciences, The Cathedral of Valencia and the Central Market you should not miss.
12:30 HRS: Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
13:30 HRS: Proceed to Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, is defined by quirky art and architecture, imaginative food and vibrant street life.
17:30 HRS: Arrive and check into your hotel.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.

Day 09: Barcelona.

09:30 HRS: After breakfast,Guided city tour. See the ancient Gothic Quarter with its magnificent cathedral. Stop to admire the exterior of Gaudi’s masterwork, the Basilica of the Sacred Family (Sagrada Familia). Continue to Montjuich Hill (site of the Olympic Stadium), to enjoy a spectacular view of Barcelona and its port area.
13:00 HRS: Lunch at Indian Restaurant.
14:30 HRS: Delve into the history of Barcelona’s revered football club on a 90-minute self-guided tour of the impressive Camp Nou stadium and its interesting museum.
19:00 HRS: Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
20:30 HRS: Take a bite out of Barcelona’s legendary nightlife. Experience an exhilarating flamenco show performance. Cheer on a talented troupe of flamenco dancers as a unique display of agility, passion and energy is demonstrated on stage.

Day 10: Barcelona.

09:00 HRS: After breakfast, enjoy a half day excursion to Montserrat Mountains where you will visit the Royal Basilica of Montserrat with its 12th-century carving of the Black Virgin.

15:00 HRS: Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own.

Day 11: Barcelona – Home Destination.

Cost for Ticket + Visa + Insurance, No Porterage included, Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “Tour Cost Includes”, Overseas Mediclaim, Tips to Driver: EURO 2 per pax per day (Compulsory).

Terms & Conditions:

Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.  Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.  All extras to be paid directly to the hotels / the service providers.

Passenger Comments / Complaints:

It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective handling agents or its representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.

Cancellation / Refunds:

Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after confirmations are done.  Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services.  Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from hotel / the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. European Voyages reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary charge an administrative fee. For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-Shows. In the event of no show European Voyages reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.

Responsibility:

It is understood that, we act as Travel operators only for all services covered hereby.  Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.

During your holiday your driver, tour leader, guide, hotel or other service providers may offer services or excursions which are not included in the price of your holiday or listed in our itinerary. Since they do not form part of your tour with us, we do not accept any responsibility for their cancellation or curtailment or for any loss, damage, injury or death that you may suffer. If you wish to make a complaint or bring a claim in relation to such excursions or activities, then you should contact the person who offered them to you directly.

Your Holiday Price:

Once we have sent you a booking confirmation or invoice, we will only change the price of your holiday if there is a change or increase in any one or more of the following:
a) Transportation costs (including the cost of fuel);
b) Dues, taxes or fees chargeable ,such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports; or
c) The exchange rate applicable to the particular holiday package. (Our prices are fixed using the exchange rates available in the month of November
d) In the event of a significant increase in any of the components that are included in your tour cost i.e.: hotels, entrances, flights, transportation & food.

Tour Operation:

If we do not have minimum 25 Pax required to operate the group tour, we might operate the tour on other date or on individual basis covering the same itinerary, where we would not be able to provide you the services of a full time tour manager, but there will be a local guide who will assist you to all the main sightseeing places.

In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement coach and that you miss out on a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavour to replace the coach at the earliest. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach.

Visa:

If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost. If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure then the cancellation will be 35% of the tour cost. If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
