Day 1 : India – Nice
Arrive Nice and transfer to your hotel. Day is free at leisure.

Day 2 : Nice
After breakfast, we depart for city tour of Nice. City tour of Nice includes major sights and monuments, including the old city, the flower market, Castle Hill, the port, Matisse Museum and the Promenade des Anglais.

Day 3 : Nice – Monaco – Monte Carlo – Nice
After breakfast, we depart for Monaco & Monte Carlo Casino. Visit the Old Town of Monaco, Cathedral, Cousteau Oceanographic Museum and see the changing of the Palace Guards.Continue to tour Monte-Carlo with a lap on the Formula One Grand Prix circuit. You will have free time at Casino Square to amuse yourself with luxury shopping, stunning gardens, megayachts, chic casinos or simply watching the rich and beautiful in their favorite haunt.

Day 4 : Nice – Cannes – Marseille – Nice
After breakfast, we visit Cannes & Marseille. We drive by the Croisetteboulevard to the film festival palace and feel like a star as we walk up the world famous steps. Marseille is also a significant cultural destination with 17 museums, 42 theatres and 7000 cinema seats. A cultural melting pot now widely recognized and demonstrated by the designation of Marseille as European Capital of Culture 2013, Marseille’s, 20 city-based museums cover all the historical periods, from ancient to contemporary art, from archaeology to the Fine Arts, and even uncovering earthenware and the motorbike, which rival each other in originality.

Day 5 : Nice – Turin – Chamonix
After breakfast, we check out and proceed towards beautiful Italian city of Turin. Turin, Torino in Italian, is an interesting and often overlooked city in the Piedmont region of Italy. Famous for the Shroud of Turin and Fiat auto plants, Turin has a lot more to offer. From its Baroque cafes and architecture to its arcaded shopping promenades and museums, Turin is a great city for wandering and exploring. Turin hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics and makes a good base for exploring nearby mountains and valleys. .Later afternoon we reach Chamonix. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 6 : Chamonix
After breakfast, day is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Chamonix is a destination popular the world over. In the streets of this high-mountain town you’ll hear languages from every corner of the globe. But the people who come to this ‘summit meeting’ share the same way of thinking, the same love for mountaineering, its legends and its ethics. When you’re out shopping in the town centre, wherever you are look up and you’ll see ‘it’ there… 4,810 metres (15,781 ft) of rock, snow, ice and dreams of things to come.

Day 7 : Chamonix – Geneva –Montreux
After breakfast, we check out and depart towards Montreux. Orientation tour of GenevaArrive Montreux later afternoon and check into your hotel.

Day 8 : Montreux
After breakfast, day is free at leisure to explore the city on your own. Nestling between Lake Geneva and the steep mountains, Montreux enjoys a Mediterranean microclimate. In July it lives to the rhythm of the Montreux Jazz Festival: 20 days of concerts and some 250,000 visitors. At a close distance, Chillon Castle, located on a rocky isle, proposes an enchanting journey through time. This medieval fortress on the mountainside and princely residence on the lakeside is one of the most visited monuments in Switzerland. From Montreux station, a cogwheel train takes visitors in an hour to Rochers-de-Naye where they can enjoy a 360° view on Lake Geneva and the Alps. Not to be missed: the animal park Marmottes Paradise an Alpine garden and Mongolian yurts to spend the night in.

Day 9 : Montreux – Lausanne – Vevey – Montreux
After breakfast, we visit Lausanne &Vevey. Lausanne is the smallest of Switzerland’s biggest towns.

This town, which is the provincial capital of the Canton of Vaud also has a very rich history, from Lousonna of the Roman era to Lausanne, the modern European city. It has always been a key point on the North-South route from the North Sea to the Mediterranean.

A very ancient town, Vevey already existed in the primitive period of lake dwellers on piles. Later the Romans developed the village, well placed on the shore of Lake Geneva at the junction of the roads from their capital Avenches and from Lausanne, leading to Martigny and from there onwards to Italy. The region combines the advantages of town and country lifestyles. Walkers can easily reach the surrounding mountains, forests, fields of narcissi and vineyards.

Day 10 : Montreux – Fribourg – Neuchatel – Montreux
After breakfast, we visit Fribourg & Neuchatel. In Fribourg, the canton’s capital and economic centre, you’ll find a cultural treasure trove that goes back to the Middle Ages. The city is known for its cultural plurality, university, many gourmet restaurants and bridges over the River Sarine that links the French-speaking and German-speaking part of Switzerland. The view of this major European architectural ensemble, a part of the Middle Ages that has survived modernity, is unforgettable.

Neuchatel is not only a city but also the capital of the canton of Neuchatel. The pleasant city is situated in the middle of vineyards and has a medieval heart. Alexander Dumas once said that the pale ochre houses were caved out of a pat of butter. Neuchatel has even its own lake, the largest lake located entirely in Switzerland. 15 km (9.3 miles) of accessible shores invite all kind of water activities. The canals join with Lake Biel and Lake Murten.

Day 11 : Montreux – Lugano
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards beautiful Lugano. Later afternoon we reach Lugano and check into you hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Lugano is the most important city in Southern Switzerland and part of the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino. A meandering Lake of Lugano and uncountable hills and mountains are surrounding this attractive city. Know for centuries to artists, writers and poets for its exceptionally mild climate, its wonderful views and its colorful vegetation, Lugano also has the reputation as a cultural and business center. Its typical Mediterranean atmosphere, Italian culture and creativity skillfully combined with Swiss organization and efficiency will certainly satisfy all your expectations. Lugano is also the third financial place in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva and a holiday destination for many Swiss since the end of 1800’s. Along the lake you see lots of Venetian-type villages, showing of the closeness of its neighbor Italy. Words and pictures cannot describe its beauty.

Day 12 : Lugano – St Moritz – Pontresina – Zuoz – Lugano
After breakfast, we visit St Moritz &Pontresina.Depart to visit  St Moritz, Pontresina &Zuoz. The most distinguishing feature characterizing the cities of St Moritz, Pontresina and Zuoz are their typical Engadine stone houses. Situated on the border of Italy and Austria, the Bernina (4049m/13,284ft) is the highest peak in Eastern Switzerland. In addition to indulging in traditional sports, such as hiking and climbing, you can enjoy a spot of sailing, windsurfing, a rubber dinghy ride on the River Inn, tennis and horseback riding.

Day 13 :Lugano – Davos – Klosters – Lugano
After breakfast, we visit Davos &Klosters.Depart to visit Klosters.Klosters offers a unique combination of a renowned mountain resort – the British heir to the throne Prince Charles is a regular guest – and the idyll of an unspoilt Graubünden village. The diverse range of activities on offer in summer and winter is well suited to families with children.Nestling in what has remained the rural part of the Prättigau (Graubünden), Klosters, with its romantic village-like atmosphere.You can enjoy winter walking paths, horse-drawn sled rides, toboggan runs and snow-shoe trekking – as well as a wide range of après-ski activities and nightlife venues in Klosters.

Day 14 :Lugano–Arosa – Chur – Lugano
After breakfast, we visit Chur &Arosa. Arrive Arosa. Arosa is located at the end of the romantic Schanfigg Valley at an altitude of about 1800 metres above sea level.Because of its location at the bottom of a wide valley, Arosa is very sunny and to a great extent sheltered from strong winds. At the snow sports schools of the “Arosa Club” you can learn to ski and ride snowboards in a fun way while experiencing an imaginative holiday at the same time.

Chur, the oldest Swiss city, is a hub for a number of world class skiing resorts. St Lucius Church, the Cathedral built in the 12th-13th century and the Rhaetic Museum are some interesting tourist attractions that must not be missed. Another attraction popular among tourist is the ride from Chur to Bellinzona which passes through the San Bernardino Pass. The Swiss National Park and small villages beyond Zernez in the Engadine valley are popular among adventure buffs for their cross-country skiing and summer walking areas. The Engadine valley is also famous for its castles, fortresses, countless churches and chapels which reflects its long and rich history.

Day 15 :Lugano – Zurich OR Milan – India
After breakfast, we check out and depart towards Zurich airport or Milan Airport to board your flight to India.

Tour Cost Excludes

  1. 3 Euro tip per person per day.
  2. Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000.
  3. No Porterage included.
  4. Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour.
  5. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc.
  6. All Meals.
  7. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “Tour Cost Includes”.

  10. Travel insurance.

Note

  • Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.
  • Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as air-show, world athletic meet, ice skating championships, motor show, Tour de France, etc. the hotels may be blocked out more than 2 years in advance. In view of this you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities/ different city and the itinerary may have to be altered /amended.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
  • For the convenience of our passengers we will sometimes amend/alter the itinerary. However all the services will remain the same.

Terms & Conditions

To secure your booking, We need 20% non refundable deposit a.s.a.p. (usually 3-12 months ahead); balance is payable 60 days before the start of the tour.

Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.  Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.  All extras to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.

Passenger Comments/Complaints

It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective handling agents or its representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.

Cancellation/Refunds

Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after issuance of the vouchers.  Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services.  Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from hotel/the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel/the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. The Hotel/the service provider reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary charge an administrative fee.  For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-Shows. In the event of no show the supplier reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.

Responsibility

It is understood that, we act as agent only for all services covered hereby.  Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
